Get to Know Me

Amanda Lewis is a third-generation Encinitas local whose life has always moved between the coast and the barn. A horsewoman for 31 years and a competitor for more than 25, she actively competes with the United States Team Penning Association (USTPA), Ranch Sorting National Championships (RSNC), and San Diego County Team Penning Association (SDCTPA). She is an American Quarter Horse Association (AQHA) owner and member, a California Horse Racing Board (CHRB) licensed owner, and currently owns two horses of her own.

That lifelong time in the saddle gives Amanda an instinctive read on what equestrian buyers and sellers need, from arena footing and barn layout to trail access, hauling routes, and zoning. Just as naturally, she guides clients through coastal homes, family neighborhoods, and investment properties across San Diego County. With The Lotzof Group at Compass and 15 years of building client relationships, she pairs sharp negotiation and a relentless work ethic with a warm, personal approach.

Amanda is a proud mom and weekly volunteer at the Helen Woodward Animal Center in Rancho Santa Fe. Whether you're searching for a horse property or a beach bungalow, she'll help you find the place where your whole family, four-legged members included, feels at home.
