About Camilla Cornwell

With a strong belief in the importance of listening to my clients' needs and desires, I leverage my experience and expertise to help them achieve their goals. My background is truly international, having been born in Italy and raised in Denmark. However, I have called Maryland home since 1991 and obtained my BS and MS in Soil Science from UMCP.

 

Before transitioning to a full-time REALTOR® in 2014, I worked as an environmental scientist specializing in wetlands and soil in the land development and consulting industry. Together with Ninja Nissen, we form the NC2 Team of Compass. Throughout my real estate career, I have been dedicated to guiding my clients through every step of the process, providing a personalized approach tailored to each unique transaction. I bring a calm and creative mindset to problem-solving, ensuring that challenges are met with effective solutions.

 

When working with buyers, my goal is to make the home-buying journey a joyful experience. I prioritize educating buyers about the process and offer guidance every step of the way. For sellers, I focus on preparing their homes to showcase their full potential, often utilizing staging techniques before listing.

 

Additionally, I harness the power of social media and targeted online marketing to maximize exposure for my listings, reaching a wide audience of potential buyers. Beyond the world of real estate, I enjoy spending time with loved ones, diving into captivating books, exploring nature through hiking, and indulging in my passion for horseback riding.
