She was a high-volume staff appraiser for previous appraisal firms and currently runs her own appraisal firm part-time while focusing on real estate sales full time! She has experience with appraising complex properties for various entities and purposes, including expert witness testimony, appraisal consulting, and appraisal for estate and tax appeals. Her expansive knowledge of the marketplace and valuation skills will be of great service to you in determining the best possible market price either when buying or selling and other agents in the marketplace respect her knowledge. Negotiating and navigating multiple offers can be tricky, and Carrie's pricing skills are one more tool to help her clients get to the closing table.
