As a Broker Associate with Compass Real Estate, Catherine serves her clients with passion, skill, and experience. Catherine started buying, renovating, and selling homes 26 years ago while simultaneously nurturing an academic and teaching career in the humanities. She has always been the trusted friend to help you figure out how to achieve your Real Estate and design goals. For years, she supplemented her teaching career by serving as a contractor with her own design company. 

 

When she transitioned away from teaching and became a REALTOR®, Catherine quickly grew to be a market leader in Richmond Real Estate. She is a member of the East Coast Network, The Equestrian Division, and Katie's of Compass. Catherine loves helping clients at every level of home ownership. From full luxury listings to first-time buyers, to design-to-sell and long-term investment, she will help you build a custom plan for success. Over the years, Catherine developed a keen talent in client care and negotiation through all stages of buying, remodeling, and selling homes. She optimizes Compass technology and support to add a sophisticated layer of tools and a network of professionals to serve her clients.

 

Catherine and her husband enjoy being empty-nesters and relish their community. The Morphis Group supports Goochland Polo Club, Deep Run Hunt Club, James River Horse Foundation, Western Riders of Virginia, a high school rodeo student, and various charities and events around the area. They are committed to the value of hard work, integrity, and professionalism, and will go the extra mile to always respond quickly and with extra hands-on service.
