About Heidi Pace Davalos

Heidi loves being a part of the equestrian world and has incorporated her love of horses into her real estate business. She specializes in acreage, farm, estate, and equestrian properties and wants to be your trusted horse property advisor.

 

Heidi has spent her life with horses. From showing Arabians as a child and young adult to managing a horse breeding and boarding facility, she has experienced many facets of the horse industry and Heidi knows equestrian properties inside and out.

 

An honors graduate of California State Polytechnic University—Pomona, Heidi majored in Agricultural Business Management with an emphasis. A clear tie-in being an equestrian real estate specialist. Out of college she worked directly in her degree field as a project manager in a Seattle ad agency and in issues management at a PR firm but learned over the years that she prefers the country life with horses and her family.

 

Heidi has been guiding clients in buying and selling equestrian property and acreage estates, along with residential real estate transactions, since 2000. Having worked through a few market cycles, she helps her client navigate in any market. Heidi is married with one daughter and her family is all heavily involved in the horse industry.
