Nancy’s path began in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, where her mother was an architect and her father a real estate attorney and developer. Early exposure to the business gave her a deep appreciation for both design and deal-making. Her career has taken her from retail in NYC’s Herald Square to owning a yacht brokerage, all of which shaped her understanding of luxury lifestyle and customer service. Licensed in Wisconsin and Aspen, Colorado, Nancy brings a broad national perspective and refined expertise to every transaction.

 

Today, she leads a powerhouse team of 10 agents and seven dedicated support staff, all driven by a shared commitment to personalized service and long-term relationships. With over 100 years of combined experience, the Nancy Batchelor Team is equipped and ready to help with all of your real estate needs. Outside of real estate, Nancy is a committed philanthropist, supporting numerous nonprofits through the Batchelor Foundation alongside her husband Jon, with a focus on children, animals, and the environment. They live in a historic waterfront home on Pinetree Drive in Miami Beach—one of the mid-beach neighborhoods Nancy proudly represents. In her free time, she finds inspiration and balance riding her horses, Clive, Jack, and Déjà vu—a metaphor for how she approaches life and business: with courage, clarity, and the drive to finish strong.
